My name is Gulmira Khvan. I’m a certified permanent makeup artist, international trainer, and judge. I am also the creator of the 4D Micro-Reconstruction method. With over 11 years of experience in the beauty industry, I’ve dedicated my work to enhancing natural beauty, restoring confidence, and sharing my knowledge with professionals around the world.

I started my journey as a makeup artist and quickly fell in love with the power of permanent makeup — how it can transform not just appearances but also how someone feels about themselves. That passion led me to explore deeper techniques, study facial anatomy, and eventually develop my own advanced method to help people affected by trauma, surgery, or congenital differences.
